There are no refunds, unless your item was received damaged
If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products, contact us within 7 days of your purchase in order to arrange an exchange or store credit.
- We are not responsible for any loss or return that has not been insured or signed for.
- We do not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.
- Exchanges will be processed within 14 business days.
- Merchandise must remain in the same condition at which it was received
- Items marked "Sale" , "Final Sale" or discounted with a promo code are not eligible for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit. No Exceptions.
- Full priced items are only eligible for exchange and store credit.
- Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the exchange processing with a code to use for your store credit.
